Carmen runs the teen program and writes the progress texts parents get after every lesson. She teaches the full course in English or Spanish, and she is known for turning nervous fifteen-year-olds into calm, careful drivers.

Derek works with adults who are starting later, coming back after a long break, or who simply feel anxious behind the wheel. His first lessons often begin in an empty parking lot with the engine off, and nobody is ever rushed.

Aisha teaches stick shift and our weekend adult lessons. She learned to drive in three countries and has a gift for breaking a tricky skill into small, repeatable steps.

Tom trained delivery fleet drivers for a decade before joining Greenlight. He teaches highway merging, defensive driving and road test prep, and he knows every tricky on-ramp in Austin.
